ALL of us at Phantom House are absolutely thrilled with Lady Bowthorpe’s scintillating performance at Ascot in the Betfred Valiant Fillies’s Stakes (Group 3) yesterday. We have always held her in the highest regard but to witness her fantastic turn of foot against a high class field was wonderful to see.
I know I keep repeating myself but this is testament to the hard work of all my staff her at Phantom House and it wonderful that their endeavours are rewarded with a Group 3 win.
Emma Banks is such a great supporter and we’re delighted for her; all her wins owe an awful lot to her late uncle, Michael Banks, also a great supporter of the Phantom House team until his death in 2017, who sparked her interest in racehorse ownership. I don’t think we have seen best of Lady Bowthorpe yet and the dream lives on for Emma and the team.
