PHANTOM House has this week been basking in the hottest streak of trainer William Jarvis’ career.

Head First completed an incredible run of six straight wins for the yard on Monday to ensure that 2010 is going with a bang for William and his team.

He said: “I think we once managed seven winners from eight runners a few years ago but never six on the bounce.

“It is a fantastic spell of form for us and I am delighted for the staff and the owners involved.

“Although the prize money gained might not be much to write home about, it’s still very fulfilling for us to see the horses running so well.

“Cuthbert, who has won twice for us since New Year’s Eve, may run again on Sunday at Kempton.

“The handicapper may have just about got him in his grip now, but we have nothing to lose as he is due to head to the February Sale next Thursday – plus, the horse remains in good form.

“I’m also looking forward to running Monaco Dream next Friday.”
