ROCK A Doodle Doo will bid to provide Phantom House with a Royal Ascot winner on Saturday in the Duke of Edinburgh handicap.

The son of Oratorio has been in good form this season, finishing second on his first start at Epsom before beating a competitive field at Ascot last time out.

William has been pleased with his progress at home since that run and is hopeful that he can run another solid race.

He said: “Rocky continues to be in great form. This race has been the plan for a long time and hopefully he can give a good account.

“I believe that he is still improving but the draw could have been kinder to us. Olivier Peslier has been booked to ride.”

On the same day Kerchak lines up in a 1m5f handicap at Newmarket.
