Jarvis eyes more success with Monaco

TRAINER William Jarvis will be hopeful that he can continue his tremendous run of form when he saddles Monaco Dream in a maiden at Wolverhampton on Monday.

William has already knocked up no less than six winners this season from only 13 runners, giving him a strike rate of 46%.

William seems to have found an ideal opportunity for Monaco Dream to get off the mark herself and add to that impressive tally of winners.

He said of the daughter of Hawk Wing: “I was encouraged by her return to action last week where she was just unlucky to come up against one of Mark Johnston’s.

“I think the step up to a mile and a half will suit and she has leading all-weather rider Joe Fanning in the plate. I am hopeful of a big run.”
