IT has been relatively quiet week for William so far but he is hoping to send out a couple of runners over the next few days.

Katy’s Secret makes her seasonal reappearance in a 6f handicap at Kempton tomorrow evening.

A winner at Southwell last year, the daughter of Mind Games is still quite lightly raced and is open to more improvement.

William said: “Katy’s Secret is ready to run. She has been working nicely and can hopefully run well.”

Bouggatti, who got off the mark at Beverley last time out, could line up in a 1m4f three-year-old handicap at York on Friday.

William said of the son of Tobougg: “I’d like to run Bouggatti at York as he is in good form but there is a chance that he could be balloted out due to the number of entries."

Three-time winner Aquilifer is a possible contender for a 6f Claimer at Salisbury on Thursday.

Rock A Doodle Doo went up 7lbs in the handicap following his win at Ascot on Saturday.

William added: “I thought the rise was a little harsh but I hope he can continue to improve. The plan is to head straight to Royal Ascot for the Duke of Edinburgh handicap.”
