KAY GEE BE has been declared by trainer William Jarvis to contest the valuable mile heritage handicap at York tomorrow.
The son of Fasilyev has run consistently well all season and his trainer is hopeful that he remains in good heart ahead of tomorrow’s contest.
A maximum field of 20 have been declared and Kay Gee Be will be partnered by Alan Munro.
Jarvis said: “He’s found it hard to win this year but unfortunately he is a victim of his own consistency as he has been raised in the handicap without winning.
“However, he is at the bottom of the weights tomorrow and is well drawn in six so hopefully he can run well.”
