KAY GEE Be has been declared to run in a mile handicap at Newmarket tomorrow afternoon,
The son of Fasliyev won a competitive handicap at Ascot in the summer and a return to that form would see him in the shake-up.
A field of 17 have been declared and John Fahy has been booked for the ride.
William said: “I am sure he will run his normal genuine race but the handicapper has made things hard for him.
“John Fahy takes off a useful 5lbs and I hope he can run well.”
Tonight William has declared Bougatti in a mile nursery at Kempton. The son of Tobougg was second on his last start at Yarmouth behind tonight’s rival Handsome Jack. (Update - this horse has been withdrawn following a bump to his eye)
William added: “We plan to take on Handsome Jack again but on 5lbs better terms. This still may be enough but we shall see.”
Other future runners include Kerchak, Stoical and Royal Willy.
