The daughter of Kodiac stepped up on her decent debut fifth to chase home Lowther Stakes-bound Hello Glory at Ascot last time out.

William said: “Besito lines up today at Newmarket. She worked nicely under Kieren Fallon and I hope she has improved for her Ascot run.

“The dogs have been barking for the John Gosden-trained filly in the race but we shall see.”

Tomorrow at Newmarket Dr Jim Walker will be doubly represented in the 6f handicap with Loki’s Revenge and Oriental Scot.

Loki’s Revenge was a winner at the track last season and ran well when last seen in action in the Shergar Cup last weekend.

William added: “He ran a nice race at Ascot but he will need the rain to arrive for him to show his best tomorrow.”
